Hence, it is important to integrate and incorporate soft skills in the educational curriculum in order to enable the young generation to join the labor market. Regarding the importance of these skills, this meta-analysis is conducted to explore the situation of soft skills teaching and learning in Morocco. It is based on nine studies on soft skills teaching and learning in Morocco. The analysis supports the importance of soft skills’ inclusion in the Moroccan curriculum; the analyzed articles highly recommend role-play, problem-solving, task-based learning, and debates as effective teaching techniques for soft skills enhancement.
