Abstract
2023 is the year of commemoration of M.L. Ter-Mikayelian, a scientist who had important contribution to high energy physics, coherent bremsstrahlung, quantum and nonlinear optics, quantum electronics and laser physics, high-temperature superconductivity, and related fields.
