It is a branch of animal husbandry, constituting, in addition to egg production, an important means of increasing meat production, which faced the greatest challenge, on which depended survival and adaptation to new economic conditions, increasing productivity, efficiency , of profitability at parameters comparable to those in the European Union and worldwide.
