Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to managing the professional development of teachers by means of professional achievement competitions. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation, implementation and experimental verification of the model for managing the professional development of teachers through professional achievement competitions. The article describes the results of a study of the level of professional development of teachers using diagnostic methods "Assessing the level of teacher readiness for development" by V.I. Zvereva and N.V. Nemova, "Methodology for determining the level of self-development and professional and pedagogical activity" L.N.
