We used critical discourse analysis to analyze the way coordinators viewed workers in the complex, multi-stakeholder system of RTW.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>We identified four ways that RTWCs positioned themselves relative to workers: as trust builders, experts, detectives and motivators. Abstract
