This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques Measurement Model (Outer Model): Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability. Structural Model (Inner Model), Predictive Relevance (Q Square), Hypothesis Testing Results. Tested manually using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software application. The population in this study were employee teachers at SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Yogyakarta, while for the sample data using the saturation technique, all employees were taken, namely 62 samples. Abstract
