Abstract

Digital transformation strategies have been developed and approved in the federal constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The strategy of digital transformation of the Republic of Dagestan has comprised transport among main areas.The strategy of digital transformation in the field of transport involves introduction of navigation systems on public transport, ensuring the comfort of passenger travel, including ease of payment, and reduced waiting time.Research has shown that in recent years the number of road traffic accidents in the mountainous regions of Dagestan and their severity has increased.
