All thirty participants in the second phase of the studyunderwent six weeks of Hamstring muscle eccentric exercise and Gluteus Maximus muscle activation exercise.Results: A Pearson correlation test shows a positive correlation (r = 0.208) but the weaker relationship between thevariables.
