This study uses a pre-experimental method with the research design of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Participants in this study were students of class XI SMKN 1 Cipanas. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and 36 students of class XI OTKP 2 were selected. Methods of data collection using career planning instruments. The analysis used is the Paired Sample T-Test formula. The results of the research show that career guidance with the use of E-Modules can improve career planning skills which can be seen from the significant difference from the average before guidance of 123 and the average after career guidance of 146. Abstract

Career planning is very important for vocational high school students for future success. SMK students begin to plan for the future with what they hope to make the right career decisions in the future. The purpose of this study is to improve students' career planning skills through career guidance by using E-Module media support for students.
