Abstract

Coffee has become the superior product of Pinogu District with a distinctive taste with natural processing which makes this coffee categorized as organic coffee so it has a high selling value. The problem is, the process of drying coffee in the sun is often constrained by the weather so that the product produced is less than optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to develop appropriate technology in the form of hybrid drying houses.
