Therefore, it is necessary to develop appropriate technology in the form of hybrid drying houses. The design of the drying housing made of steel and polycarbonate is expected to speed up the drying time. The result is that drying time efficiency is 5.6 times faster than conventional methods, and can also save space, and is able to dry as much as 240 kg of coffee in one process.
