A mixed-method approach was adopted, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data collection. The study found that differences among team professionals were the major cause of conflict in construction projects. In addition, it was further revealed that conflict mainly occurs at the post-contract stage (the construction Phase). From the analysis of data collected, the most frequently adopted management strategy for conflict resolution within the study area was \"Negotiation and Re-negotiation.\" More so, the \"Definition of roles and responsibilities\" ranked highest. The study concluded that the major cause of interpersonal conflict is Differences among team members.
