From the analysis of data collected, the most frequently adopted management strategy for conflict resolution within the study area was \"Negotiation and Re-negotiation.\" More so, the \"Definition of roles and responsibilities\" ranked highest. The study concluded that the major cause of interpersonal conflict is Differences among team members. Abstract

This research sought to examine the interpersonal conflict in the Nigerian construction industry, specifically in Port Harcourt, South-South region, and to proffer solutions for dealing with such conflicts.
