Abstract
In today's society, cultivating students' "global competence", that is, cultivating innovative talents with more international competitiveness and cross-cultural leadership, has become an important goal of national talent training. The present research focus on the cultivation of global competence of international talents, while there is few research on the influencing factors of global competence.
