Penerapan Metode Human Centered Design (HCD) Untuk Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Smart Desa Subang

Abstract

: Smart Desa Subang is a government application in Subang Regency, managed by the Regional Government of Subang but at this time there are many problems with the Smart Desa Subang application not working, therefore the author researched the Smart Desa Subang application with the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach. it implements the HCD Observation method and user interface screen related to what the user needs for the system. This research was conducted to determine the value of User Experience and user interface by approaching the user. The HCD method is an approach to systems development that aims to make systems more interactive and usable. This HCD method focuses on the user, the user's needs. The human centered design method has 3 stages, namely Inspration, Ideation and Implementation. The results of this study use a human-centered approach (HCD) in terms of characteristics and psychology which is very suitable for use in secondhand UI/UX E-Government design
