Proses pengembangan dievaluasi berdasarkan kriteria validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Metodologi research and development (R&D) diterapkan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan dengan 15 siswa dari Madrasah Aliyah Al Fatich Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi instrumen tes diagnostik tiga tingkat berbasis web sebagai alat yang layak dan sesuai untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi reaksi redoks. Hal ini didukung oleh nilai rata-rata validitas yang sangat memuaskan, yaitu 96 % untuk validitas isi dan 97% untuk validitas konstruk, yang menempatkan instrumen ini dalam kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan instrumen dinilai melalui kuesioner siswa, menghasilkan skor rata-rata yaitu 4.39, yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen sangat praktis. Dalam hal efektivitas, diperoleh skor rata-rata 91.7% untuk perubahan yang terlihat dalam tingkat perubahan pemahaman konseptual, sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Abstract The primary objective of this research is to develop a web-based three-tiered diagnostic test instrument as an advanced tool for identifying student misconceptions in the field of redox reactions. The development process evaluated based on criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research and development (R&D) methodologyapplied using the ADDIE model. A limited trial conducted with 15 students from Madrasah Aliyah Al Fatich Surabaya. The results of this research confirmed the appropriateness and suitability of the web-based, three-tiered diagnostic test instrument as an adept mechanism for identifying students' misconceptions in the area of redox reactions. This is underscored by the commendable mean validity scores of 96% for content validation and 97% for construct validation, both of which place the tool certainly in the very valid category. The instrument's practicality is assessed through a comprehensive student questionnaire, resulting in a mean score of 4.39, solidifying its very practical classification. In terms of effectiveness, the average score of 91.7% for perceptible change in students' conceptual understanding eloquently establishes its resolute categorization as a very effective tool. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes diagnostik tiga tingkat berbasis web sebagai instrumen lanjutan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa dalam materi reaksi redoks.
