Abstract

As a result of screening, seven isolates capable of growth in nutrient media with perfluorocarboxylic acids as the sole source of carbon and energy were isolated from soil samples contaminated with organohalogen compounds. The most active strain among them, MX-3, when growing on media with perfluoropelargonic, perfluoroenanthic acids andperfluorooctanesulfonate, releasedfluoride ions to concentrations of 10.55, 16.44 and 13.09 mg/l, respectively, over 14 days of cultivation.
微生物对新型有机氟污染物的脱氟作用
