Ainin","doi":"10.17977/um064v3i92023p1339-1354","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Kitab Al-‘Arabiyyah Bayna Yadaik (ABY) digunakan pada banyak kampus termasuk di prodi S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Jurusan Sastra Arab, Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kategorisasi tingkatan soal HOTS ABY Jilid 1-3, relevansi muatan soal-soal HOTS terhadap kemahiran berbahasa, dan komposisi jumlah soal HOTS terhadap kemahiran berbahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi tiga hal yaitu: (1) Kategorisasi tingkatan soal HOTS yang terdiri atas soal analisis, soal evaluasi, dan soal kreasi yang memiliki karakteristik pola tertentu, (2) Relevansi muatan soal-soal HOTS terhadap kemahiran berbahasa yang menunjukkan tersebarnya soal-soal HOTS secara merata pada semua aspek kemahiran berbahasa, dan (3) Komposisi jumlah soal HOTS terhadap kemahiran berbahasa yang menunjukan ABY 1 dominan soal HOTS keterampilan menyimak, ABY 2 dominan soal HOTS keterampilan menulis, dan ABY 3 dominan soal HOTS keterampilan membaca. This study aims to describe the level categorization of ABY's HOTS questions Volumes 1-3, the relevance of the content of HOTS questions to language proficiency, and the composition of the number of HOTS questions on language proficiency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study consist three things: (1) Categorization of levels of HOTS questions consisting of analysis questions, evaluation questions, and creation questions that have characteristics of certain patterns, (2) the relevance of the content of HOTS questions to language proficiency which shows that HOTS questions are evenly distributed in all aspects of language proficiency, and (3) The composition of the number of HOTS questions to language proficiency shows that ABY chapter 1 is dominant in HOTS listening skill questions, ABY chapter 2 is dominant in HOTS writing skill questions, and ABY chapter 3 is dominant in HOTS reading skill questions. Abstract
