Crestal group (I) had showed a significant higher bone density than lateral group (II) (p=<0.001). Crestal group (I) had a significant shorter surgical time than lateral group (II). Abstract

Aim: Aim of this study was to evaluate osseodensified crestal sinus lifting technique versus the lateral sinus osseodensified technique with Simultaneous Implant Placement.
