Abstract

В статье проанализированы Послания Президента РФ Федеральному Собранию периода 2000–2007 гг. На основе анализа текста Посланий в статье обозначены контуры формируемой российской модели демократии при первых двух сроках президентства В.В. Путина с учетом преемственности заложенных Б.Н. Ельциным идей и вновь зарождающихся тенденций усиления централизации, построения властной вертикали. The article analyzes Messages from the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly for the period 2000-2007. Based on the textual analysis of the messages, the article marks the contours of the emerging Russian model of democracy during the first two terms of V.V.
