Temporomandibular joint range of motion, pressure pain threshold of masticatory muscles, facial asymmetry existence, head posture, oral hygiene and oral hygiene habit, masticatory performance, intraoral pH, deglutition, and deep neck flexor muscle endurance of the patients with stroke were assessed by using; digital caliper, algometry, labial commissure and craniocervical angle measurement, general oral health assessment index and questionnaire, sieve test, digital pH gauge, repetitive saliva swallow test and, Eating Assessment Tool and deep neck flexor endurance test. Patients with stroke in the study group was enrolled to 3-weeks expiratory muscle training programme 10 repetition with 5 sets in addition to conventional physiotherapy, control group enrolled to the conventional physiotherapy programme. Patients with stroke in the study group were called twice a week to assess the compliance to the expiratory muscle training. Although lateral deviation and depression range of motion were improved for the patients in the study group (p.05). Abstract
