DIRECTIONS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

Рассмотрено стратегическое управление сельскохозяйственными предприятиями как перспективное развитие сельскохозяйственного производства. Приоритетным направлением динамичного экономического роста является увеличение объемов сельскохозяйственного производства за счет повышения устойчивого функционирования сельскохозяйственных предприятий. В статье изучены и рассматриваются, систематизируются факторы, влияющие на развитие сельского хозяйства, приводятся данные о количестве зарегистрированных сельскохозяйственных предприятий по масштабам деятельности, физической динамике валовой продукции (услуг) сельского, лесного и рыбного хозяйства, структуре валовой продукции сельского, лесного и рыбного хозяйства по специализации и уровне рентабельности производства продукции растениеводства и животноводства. Авторы отмечают, что современное производство в аграрной сфере должно развиваться на основе рационального использования ресурсного потенциала хозяйств, их специализации и спроса на их продукцию на рынке. Показано, что механизм устойчивого развития сельскохозяйственных предприятий должен быть основан на сочетании экономического и инновационного роста сельскохозяйственных предприятий и выявлении внешних и внутренних факторов, влияющих на устойчивое развитие сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Предложено для снижения общего риска снизить долю растениеводства в структуре производства, оптимизировать соотношение сектора растениеводства и животноводства и повысить рентабельность сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Спрос на производство продуктов питания увеличивает необходимость применения инновационных технологий. The strategic management of agricultural enterprises is considered as a promising development of agricultural production. The priority direction of dynamic economic growth is to increase the volume of agricultural production by increasing the sustainable functioning of agricultural enterprises. The article studies and discusses, systematizes factors influencing the development of agriculture, provides data on the number of registered agricultural enterprises by scale of activity, the physical dynamics of gross output (services) of agriculture, forestry and fisheries, the structure of gross output of agriculture, forestry and fisheries by specialization and level of profitability of crop and livestock production. The authors note that modern production in the agricultural sector should develop based on the rational use of the resource potential of farms, their specialization and the demand for their products on the market. It is shown that the mechanism for the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises should be based on a combination of economic and innovative growth of agricultural enterprises and the identification of external and internal factors influencing the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. To reduce the overall risk, it is proposed to reduce the share of crop production in the production structure, optimize the ratio of the crop and livestock sectors and increase the profitability of agricultural enterprises. The demand for food production increases the need for innovative technologies.
