Along with this, the article analyzes the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the prevention of delinquency and delinquency among minors” and states that, according to this law, the lack of supervision and carelessness of minors is also a factor in the commission of this crime. Abstract

This article examines the issues of criminal responsibility for involving a minor in antisocial behavior.
