Abstract

-Yulia Bakery is one of the bread industries that belongs to the household industry. The overall purpose of the activity of Yulia bakery is to obtain a high income. This research aims to find out the size of costs, receipts and revenues and the balance between revenue and cost on the bread enterprise in the household industry of Yulia Bakery. The research method used is a case study, a location determined purposively by sampling taking into account that this business is located in the field which is the home of the industry. The concept of production costs used is the concept of cost of production consisting of raw material costs (BBL), labour costs (BTKL) and overhead factory costs (BOP).
