Abstract
ABSTRACK - In its implementation, problems arose, such as when registering via the Medifrans application the data did not enter RME. This can have an impact on the quality of health care provided in hospitals. Another problem in this research is that medical records are not yet fully electronic and documents are still used for several forms, namely scanning forms that require the signature of doctors, nurses and patients. there is a digital hand after scanning, enter it into RME. Objective: To evaluate the electronic medical record information system using the HOT-FIT method on the quality of health services. Method: The research method used in this research uses a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires. Results: The percentage of system evaluation on the human component (human) aspect of system use at Hospital The percentage of human components, user satisfaction aspects, structure aspects, is good, 100%. The percentage of the organizational component (organization) is good 46.7%, which is not good 53.3% and the percentage of the environmental aspect of the organization component (environment) is good 100%. The percentage of technological components (technology) aspects of system quality (system quality) is good 80%, which is not good 20%. The percentage of the technology component (technology) aspect of information quality (information quality) is good 98.3%, which is not good 1.7%. The percentage of the technology component (technology) aspect of service quality (service quality) is 100% good. The percentage of the benefit component (net-benefit) is good 55%. The percentage that is not good is 45%. And the health service quality component was rated good at 88.3% and not good at 11.7%. Conclusion: Evaluation of the system using the HOT-Fit method on the quality of health services, there are still staffing obstacles in managing the system, the system has not reduced communication between all parts of the organization, the system needs to improve the security of patient medical information.
