In contrast, Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Own-ership has an insignificant positive impact. Additionally, Self-efficacy can mediate the beneficial effects of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Own-ership cannot do so. Abstract
