Building learning program of digital banking in bachelor degree in Banking Academy of Vietnam

Abstract

Building a digital banking bachelor degree at the Banking Academy, aiming to meet human resources with expertise and skills in the field of digital banking, is necessary and urgent in the context of promoting the digital economy. Using in-depth interviews with employers, alumni, lecturers and experts in the field of Digital Banking in June 2022 and text analysis method, the article synthesize and analyze the necessity of building and developing the Digital Banking Bachelor degree. The research and analyze the foundation for buidling Digital Banking Bachelor degree, including goals and Program learning outcomes in the comparation and correlation with UNESCO’s views and present some issues raised in the process of building and operating the Digital Banking Bachelor Program in Banking Academy of Vietnam.
