With the advent of the digital age, organizations and leaders are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This study explores the impact of digital leadership on organizational innovation performance, from the evolution of traditional leadership to the core characteristics of digital leadership, and further to its specific impact on organizational innovation performance. We have found that digital leadership not only focuses on technological capabilities, but also emphasizes strategic thinking, organizational collaboration, and cultural shaping in the digital context. Empirical studies and case studies have shown that digital leadership can significantly improve an organization's innovation capabilities, especially in areas such as product innovation, process optimization, and business model innovation.
