Research data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study uses a population of all employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sumba. Data was taken using a questionnaire from 55 respondents by census. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on OCB, and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB. The research implication states that improving antecedents will encourage improvements in OCB.
