The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on OCB, and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB. The research implication states that improving antecedents will encourage improvements in OCB. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on OCB. Research data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study uses a population of all employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sumba. Data was taken using a questionnaire from 55 respondents by census.
