Abstract

Mathematical models are given for forming the schedule of electric energy supply from hydroelectric power stations for bidding in the "day-ahead" market segment. The formulation of the task of forming the supply schedule as a task of optimal use of available hydro resources for the production of electrical energy at hydroelectric power stations is described. The need to perform two-stage optimization based on price and non-price criteria is substantiated. It is proposed to consider non-price criteria by means of penalty functions in the objective function of optimization by price criteria. A system of basic technological limitations, as well as equations for control and adjustment of the reservoir filling level, is given.
