The results indicated educational technology was moderate, and the degree of quality of performance was high. A presence of statistically significant differences in the reality of using educational technology due to the variable of gender in favor of females, and to the variable of experience in favor of experienced (5-10). A statistically significant differences in the performance of educational counselors due to the variable of experience and in favor of experienced (more than 10). A statistically significant differences in the relationship between the reality of using educational technology and the degree of performance. Abstract
