The sample involved 21 KRC staff: 5 legal officers, 3 land surveyors, 9 property officers, 4 valuation officers and 63 tenants with active disputes with Kenya Railways Corporation. The study used proportionate random sampling to involve 84 respondents. The study used primary data which was collected using questionnaire.
