Data was collected through questionnaires distribution to respondents used an ordinal scale with a likert scale (score 1 to 5). The analysis was built using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method on Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis software. Abstract

The importance of training and human resource development at PT PDS is expected that employees are able to do their jobs or have capabilities according to competency needs, this also has an impact on the assessment of the user as customers.
