The test results showed that the pretest average was 29.85, while the posttest average was 33.74. These results indicate an increase in the VO2max value of 3.89 (ml/kg/min). Then the data were analysed using a paired sample t-test to answer the research hypothesis. The results show a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Tabata Training significantly increases the VO2 max of futsal players.
