Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of the student autonomy activity program operated as an extracurricular program at the university to improve self-leadership skills within their college life. The samples include 438 students from A university, and the independent sample t-test was conducted after propensity score matching. As a result of the study, the students who participated in autonomy activities had a higher level of self-leadership awareness compared to the students who did not participate.
