Within the Design Thinking process (empathy, define, ideate, prototype, test), this research suggests specific actions: using ChatGPT for brainstorming team-building activities in the empathy stage and employing Metaverse avatar customization for persona creation; utilizing ChatGPT to illustrate problem statements in the problem definition stage; leveraging Metaverse spaces as meeting venues and using ChatGPT for scriptwriting for role-playing scenarios in the ideation stage; and presenting approaches for role-playing scenario creation using the Metaverse platforms ZEPETO and Ifland in the prototype stage. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the utilization of Meta-verse and ChatGPT in Design Thinking classes. The importance of creative problem-solving skills is increasing, and there is a growing interest in the educational application of Metaverse and ChatGPT.
