Abstract

Currently, processes aimed at urban mobility are widely discussed due to their importance for a city to be considered intelligent, in line with this, the search for improving the quality of people's mobility is essential. Allied to this, it is known that there is a high turnover of people circulating in the urban area, which causes agglomerations. Therefore, the work proposes to investigate how to solve logistical mobility problems. Government companies have difficulties in meeting the high demand of people looking for public transportation, so our method will consist of analyzing the insertion of smart mobility and its importance for the main cities. For this, this exploratory method will seek to be based on the qualitative research technique of the benefits of intelligent mobility. As an example, cities that invest in technology to improve the quality of mobility, will also seek to identify the benefits for the well-being of the population. In addition, there is a need to increasingly apply the road modal for passenger transit, which will be investigated. The importance of the quality of public transport for the states will also be considered. Thus, it is concluded that smart mobility can be applied in the road modal for its improvement.
