The article describes different approaches to understanding health, including Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and other traditions, and examines factors influencing acceptable health treatment and care practices in different cultures. Abstract
This article analyzes the opinions and traditions of the peoples of the world in the context of understanding health. The authors investigate cultural and historical factors influencing the idea of health and methods of health improvement, including traditional medicine, cultural practices and beliefs.
