In this quantitative study, the researcher utilized the theory of planned Behavior (TPB) to investigate the effect of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior controls on the Intention to purchase residential real estate properties. Based on 384 usable responses received through randomly distributed survey questionnaires. All three research alternative hypotheses were found to be accepted.
