Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of the linguistic and cultural outlook of students of non-linguistic specialties in the process of teaching language and culture, since for the formation of a linguistic personality it is very important to possess not only communicative competence, but also to be able to use intercultural knowledge for self-improvement. In the system of teaching foreign languages, one of the main goals of training is the formation of a personality capable of conducting successful intercultural communication, establishing intercultural contacts, and a decent representation of native culture. achieving these goals is possible with the help of many factors. Not only the knowledge of the language at a high level, but also the possession of cultural experience, knowledge, skills and skills of intercultural communication determines the qualified specialist in demand.
