INNOVATION CULTURE AS AN ELEMENT OF MANAGING AN ORGANIZATION'S INNOVATIVE CAPABILITIES

Abstract

The digital economy determines the basic vectors aimed at the sustainable development of socio-economic systems. One of them is the innovative way of functioning of the market economy based on information and technological transformation. The article outlines the author's approaches to judging the essence of the concept of the culture of innovation, presents theoretical views on innovation from different scientific schools of management, and reveals the functional elements of innovation culture.
