Study subjects: A convenient sampling technique was used in the current study n=226. Tools : two instruments were used in this study, the instrument one was workplace civility climate consisted of 22 items and instrument two innovative work behavior questionnaire consisted of 24 items. Results: the studied sample had moderate level of workplace civility climate and innovative work behaviour. Also, that there was highly positive statistical significance relation between staff nurses’ total perception level regarding workplace civility climate and innovative work behavior. Conclusion: there was highly positive statistical significance between workplace civility climate and innovative work behaviour. Abstract
