A review on the current status of homoeopathy in the management of schizophrenia

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a mental condition not only affecting routine of daily of life but also the Quality of life with devastating consequences for affected individuals and their families.Objectives: This review aims to detect the current status of homoeopathy in the management of schizophrenia. Materials and Method: a search is done in search engines of Google scholar, PubMed and Cochrane, CINAHL PsycINFO, Hom-Inform. Identified articles of homoeopathy in schizophrenia is collected and summarised in this review. Result: Though there is scarcity in studies, the available data shows scope for future research in homoeopathy in schizophrenia.
