Abstract

Triple-junction GaAs solar cells were irradiated by nanosecond pulse laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, in atmospheric and vacuum environments respectively to study the damage characteristics of triple-junction GaAs solar cells irradiated nanosecond pulse laser in different environments, and the damage effects of pulse laser in two environments were compared and analyzed.
