Abstract

The problem of automating the calculation of a reactor for the synthesis of a sulfur-containing sorbent used for wastewater treatment from heavy metal compounds during cooling of the reaction mixture is considered. The initial values for the automated calculation of a reactor with a propeller agitator have been determined, the choice of which is based on the results of calculations of the physical properties of ingredients and a review of the designs of mixing devices. A mathematical algorithm for calculating heat transfer during cooling of the reaction mixture is given, as well as the interface of a computer program written in C# with the results of automated calculations
