That is, thecorrective maintenance process is modeled as a discrete event system for decision-making to identify which task must be performed to perform corrective maintenance. It also presents the operation of CPN for the described process, the general concepts of maintenance applied to the textile industry, the theory about PN, as well as the modeling of the process. The results show the mathematical model of the PN and the CPN graph, modeled for the maintenance process, which will facilitate the understanding of the maintenance process, as well as solve future problems more quickly and with quality. Abstract

Industrial processes, over the years, need to be modernized to reduce costs and maintain product quality.
