Abstract
Neuroendocrine tumors (NET) are relatively uncommon rectal neoplasms, and the liver is the most common site of distant metastasis. Simultaneous liver and colorectal resections by minimally invasive surgery and natural orifice specimen extraction are gaining popularity, reducing morbidity.
