Recent studies highlight the preventive potential of bioactive nutrients, natural phenolics, microalgae, and milk in combating diseases associated with toxic metals. While nutritional strategies are beneficial, adopting positive lifestyle changes and minimizing exposure remains the most effective approach to prevent heavy metal toxicity. Abstract

Exposure to toxic metals poses serious health risks, leading to conditions like inflammation and cancer in humans. Traditional treatments, such as chelation therapy, face safety and efficacy challenges, prompting research into nutritional interventions.
