On the Spelling of Expressions Formed on the Pattern мениджър човешки ресурси

Abstract

The text discusses spelling difficulties encountered in expressions such as мениджър човешки ресурси (human resources manager), специалист обучения (training expert), такса поддръжка (maintenance fee). The spelling variations stem from the use of quotation marks and capitalization, on the one hand, or a comma or a dash, on the other. A possible reason for these variations may be the lack of a preposition, which makes the expressions sound atypical for the Bulgarian language. It is, therefore, recommended to use a preposition: мениджър по човешки ресурси, специалист по обучения, такса за поддръжка.
