Abstract

目前的研究旨在确定组织护理在减少工作场所虐待行为方面的作用,尼尼微省卫生总局选择了一个研究领域,以便实现研究目标并回答其问题,其中最重要的是组织护理在减少工作场所虐待行为方面发挥了什么作用。选取该局职工为样本,共40名员工,研究代表团采用描述性分析数据,并通过采用统计程序SPSS V 26提取结果,研究得出了一些结论。最重要的是研究结果表明,组织的重要保健中发挥作用和重大的影响在减少滥用行为在工作场所在商业组织中m的这一点,提出了大量的建议,最重要的是提高可用性的重要性各级组织的护理,因为它重要的作用在促进员工之间的信任和积极的关系和管理。
