Abstract
A new species Crinisarina merriami Baranov et al., sp. nov. is described from the Upper Famennian (Khoshyeilagh Formation) of Siaheh Mountain in northeastern Iran. Its ontogeny is considered. The species composition of the genus Crinisarina Cooper and Dutro, 1982 has been expanded.
