Abstract

The paper considers issues related to the assessment of technical condition of diesel engines by creating a remote diagnostic system capable of assessing the technical condition of the engine under check. Based on the analysis of the read and stored diagnostic data, the system can calculate and correct their critical values. These system capabilities make it possible to solve problems related to service life forecasting. Special subsystems with the possibility of self-learning are used, based on algorithms that establish a connection between the system states and data obtained in real time for each diagnostic parameter.
